The Town Council for the Town of Fries and the Carroll-Grayson-Galax Regional Industrial Facilities Authority (DBA Blue Ridge Crossroads Economic Development Authority (BRCEDA)) will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at 6:30 PM at the Matthews State Forest Office (106 Forestry Lane) in Galax. The purpose of the special meeting is for both entities to discuss the various economic revitalization projects underway in the Town of Fries in partnership and cooperation between the Town of Fries and BRCEDA. The boards may consider action on items related to these projects and may enter closed session pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711 A (3) disposition of property and A (6) investment of public funds. The public is welcome to attend.
