The Carroll-Grayson-Galax Regional Industrial Facilities Authority (DBA Blue Ridge Crossroads Economic Development Authority (BRCEDA)) will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at 8 AM at the “Dining Room” at the Fries Recreation Center, located at 105 West Main Street in Fries, Virginia. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct business pertaining to the Authority’s involvement with economic development projects within the Town of Fries. The Board may hold a closed session, pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711 A (3) disposition of property and A (6) investment of public funds.
